I rarely follow instructions...if there's an easier way, I'll try that first! :)

I almost added a bullet saying these votives would be cute on a table if you were hosting a nice summer luncheon but this isn't something I ever do so I skipped that part.

That being said, you don't have to be entertaining anyone to make these little beauties. Candle light is just one of life's little pleasures, don't you think? And, the best part is they take like 2 minutes to throw together.Joanna Sutter, www.fitnessandspice.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03373685780139197416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21541482308281083.post-1220722570594229932009-09-01T09:35:54.962-05:002009-09-01T09:35:54.962-05:00I like your "recipe" much better - easie...I like your "recipe" much better - easier and more likely I'll actually use...if I only entertained a little... :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15005751984635643184noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21541482308281083.post-17495663721684260852009-09-01T09:24:58.690-05:002009-09-01T09:24:58.690-05:00If you add a fruit scented tea light candle ;-).

While this picture I took is really quite good (insert golf clap) they are even prettier in real life.

The way Food Network did them might produce a nice scent though. They made them by doing something like melting wax on the stove top, pouring the wax into the shell of the citrus (while letting them dry in a muffin tin), and adding a wick. Or something like that.Joanna Sutter, www.fitnessandspice.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03373685780139197416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21541482308281083.post-21006449629999253732009-09-01T08:50:54.571-05:002009-09-01T08:50:54.571-05:00So does it give off a fruity aroma? So does it give off a fruity aroma?Yum Yuckyhttp://www.yumyucky.comnoreply@blogger.com
