A quick HIIT
My workout assignment for today was to do 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Because the thought of going to the gym today didn't sound all that appealing, I did my workout at home.
Here's what went down:
This workout felt great and the time flew by.
- 10 minutes of bike sprints (30 seconds sprint, 30 seconds recovery)
- 5 minutes of jumping jacks (50 jacks, 15 seconds recovery, repeat)
- 5 minutes of bike sprints
- 5 minutes of jumping jacks
- 5 minutes of bike sprints
This workout felt great and the time flew by.
Now, I am a sweaty mess. Time to HIIT the shower.
