Going Green on the Inside



I eat and I drink a lot of vegetables. That's right. I drink my vegetables, too.


My new obsession? Green protein shakes. Why? Because going green is all the rage (wink, wink). That, and  I believe it's important to eat a protein and a vegetable with every meal. And by every meal,  I mean every time I eat, and for me, that means 6 times a day.

So here's my recipe for my Green Protein Shake (trust me,  you won't even taste the green stuff) :

1/2 - 1 scoop Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 handful of spinach
Water and/or chilled coffee or green tea
Ice

Blend and enjoy, Popeye!
